|Recommended: YesWe like it so much, we renewed for 24 months — Affordable, luxurious amenities, close to all the great restaurants at Corbin Park and Prairifire, easy highway access, a safe community- there really isn't a whole lot more that one can ask for from an apartment. |Recommended: YesGreat Updated and Affordable Property — Kelly Park has been great It's very affordable, up-to-date, and near plenty of restaurants and things to do in Overland Park. It has fantastic highway access as well. Any time I had a maintenance request, they were very timely to get it taken care of and the staff always had a smile on their face in any interaction I had with them. If you get off later in the evening, depending on your building you may have to park a little further away than earlier in the day but it isn't anything unreasonable. They have plenty of overall parking for you and guests which is free as well, no passes needed.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment, High Quality, and Affordable — Its a great apartment complex with a number of great amenities. Parking can be difficult. Love the marble countertop and vaulted ceilings. Overall very happy with living here.

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely gorgeous apartments with a great staff — The apartments are gorgeous and very spacious with lots of places for storage. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Maintenance gets things done quickly if there's a problem.
My only complaint about the apartments is the price.

|Recommended: YesAmazing I love my home and the staff are very friendly — Kelly park apartments are the best apartments I have ever lived at. I have renewed my lease for another year and I will probably be here for a while. Their leasing agent Samantha is phenomenal She and the staff always welcome myself and my dog with open arms just as if we are family. Travis and the maintenance crew are wonderful They fix things in a very timely manner and are always willing to do anything you may need. They're very polite and take a lot of pride in what they do. As a young female away from family and working late hours, safety was a big issue for me. At Kelly Park I don't have to worry about a thing and it puts myself and my family at ease to know that I am safe here. I would definitely recommend Kelly Park to anyone looking for a great home. |Recommended: YesReview — This apartment complex is beautiful. Great layouts and nice size. Granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances in kitchen. Washer and dryer in every unit was a big selling point for us. Rent is a little high but its a great area and worth the price. I plan on being here for many years
