|Recommended: YesOverall amazing place — I love the granite countertops everywhere. Staff is extremely friendly and professional, everything is always taken care of and they are happy to do it too. Things that I dont like are the washer and dryer are really old.

|Recommended: YesWorth every penny — We love this apartment complex. We’ve lived in other complexes but this is definitely our favorite. Maintenance is wonderful—so helpful and quick to fix any issues, as well as friendly which is always a plus. The apartment layouts are unique and spacious and the amenities such as the pool, gym, and theatre are also great. I actually had a family member move here because they were so impressed with our apartment complex.

|Recommended: YesWe loved living here, beautiful apartments, lovely neighbors and great location. The staff is awesome and we will be sad to go — I would tell them the apartments are lovely. The layout of the apartment, granite counter tops, appliances, size, and quality was amazing. The staff is friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is close to eating, shopping, grocery, and right in the heart of overland park which we loved. Quick highway access and we loved our neighbors, everyone has always been very friendly. We will miss all the nice qualities about our apartment moving into our starter home , but its the right choice for us

|Recommended: YesOverall — The staff are great to work with. I've only lived here a few months but if I did have an issue I feel its being handled in a timely fashion and with the sense of urgency and care. Shelby is my leasing agent and I absolutely LOVE her.

Pros
- It is peaceful and the Units are very Spacious. I did not find any community better compared to Kelly Park Apartments.
- Maintenance Staff were wonderful in resolving any issues related to Unit.
- Parking space is good.
- No disturbances from neighbours.
- Staff were good. Addressed all issues without hesitation.
- Business Center and Gym were also good.
Cons
I don't have any negatives with this apartments.
Suggestions
It would be good if there are some more equipments in the Gym.
