|Recommended: YesKelly Park — I really enjoy living here. I wish the gym was updated as that was a non negotiable for me when looking for apartments. I think they could switch the movie room into a gym to provide more space and equipment

Everyone I’ve interacted with, from neighbors to staff, has been incredibly kind and welcoming. Maintenance is exceptional—quick, efficient, and always helpful. |Recommended: YesI toured the apartments looking for a second Home when I am in the area vising extended family that would allow me all of the comforts of my own home along with space to work, entertain, and just be home. I found these apartments to be rather large, updated, and very clean. The extra amenities large pool area, workout room, movie room are a bonus I thought parking may be an issue, but did find that there was more than enough parking close to each building to accommodate. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new Home.

|Recommended: YesQUIET AND CLEAN — My apartment is quiet, I cannot hear outside noises or my upstairs neighbors. The quality and extra features make it feel more like a home than an apartment. Lots of storage.

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for more than a year now and set to renew my lease at Kelly. I absolutely love living here. The floors plans are extremely well thought out. The leasing staff is very kind and reachable. No complaints when it comes to maintenance. Trust me, I visited many properties nearby before deciding to renew but you cannot beat what Kelly Park offers in terms of floor plan, area, price and location. Would highly recommend even if that means you have to get on waitlist. Thank you
