|Recommended: YesFriendly people and safe community — Kelly Park apartments have a great layout they are also quiet and feel like a real home. They have a friendly staff and neighbors. I feel safe with the parking lot and hallways being well lit at night. Parking can be limited at night but never too far of a walk. Over all I would highly recommend Kelly Park Apartments.

|Recommended: YesLarge, contemporary style apartments — The apartments are large as compared to most of the other apartments in Overland Park. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures are all contemporary- granite counter top, stainless steel appliances, glass shower door. The walk-in closet and laundry area are huge.
The apartment complex looks upscale from the outside. The staff is friendly. Have had one minor maintenance issue which was resolved the next day. We have never had anyone visit out apartment and not say how beautiful it looks.
Not moving out any time soon.

Only my complain was about restricted renting rules which the have. No flexibility to renew lease agreement for current residents.

|Recommended: YesThese is the best apartment complex in a 10 miles radius — I have lived at these apartments for 5 years when I arrived there were only 2 bldg. open. I find these apartments to be well maintained, generally quite, with friendly people. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all cases.
