There is so much room for storage and the spaces are designed for optimum use. I am very happy with my decision to move to Kelly Farms and would recommend it to absolutely anyone

|Recommended: YesNice, clean apartments and amenities. Quiet and safe area to live in. — Staff is friendly and maintenance is quick to fix any problems. Only minor issues found upon moving into the new unit but overall the place was nice and quiet. Occasionally, KF would arrange food trucks during lunch hours which is nice for those working from home. The only thing that sucked was that they wouldn’t staff the pool attendants long enough during COVID-19 to allow those who work the normal 9-5 to get in some pool time after work. They only had someone checking temps until 7pm then closed the pool but it would not allow enough time for us to get home from work, prepare dinner, and get to swim. Just thought that with the price of rent and amenities they would consider staffing someone until 10pm so that we could utilize what we paid for.

|Recommended: YesOverall Wonderful — Overall, this apartment complex is wonderful. I can hear my neighbors at times, but that is probably just a downside of living on the bottom floor, and sometimes parking can be hard to come by, but those are my only issues, and they are minor issues. The staff is very friendly and responsive to my questions, and I would highly recommend Kelly Farms to anyone.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The apartments look just like the pictures online. I made a great choice when I chose Kelly Farms

|Recommended: YesI love it here — Living here is great, clean, and quiet. The staff is very friendly and maintenance meets your requests promptly. The only thing I would question is the parking. Some people have multiple vehicles but only a one-car garage and will park their extra vehicles in a parking lot that is not in front of their building. One time I had to park two buildings away from mine because of this. Not going to be great in the winter especially since I get home late and leave early. Other than that, it's an amazing apartment and I have and will continue to speak highly of it.

|Recommended: YesModern feel with updated appliances, luxurious, quiet place that feels like home — Upon viewing the Kelly Farms Apartments, I fell in love with the open space and warm vibrant atmosphere. Each apartment has a patio...and the most modern updated appliances that did not compare to anywhere else I viewed - at a price that is truly unbeatable Country-style bathtub, washer and dryer, multiple windows, ...you just have to see it 12 10 would recommend.
