|Recommended: YesHonest Review - 1 Year In — I just want to start by saying those who are skeptical need not be. The peculiar waitlist system, though stressful, is absolutely worth the wait. The complex is fantastic. The buildings are extremely well-maintained, and the staff is second to none. Some things are due for an upgrade. I have seen countless home gyms better equipped. The interior color is exceptionally dated in the apartments, along with the 2003 ceiling fans, and the carpet that is not renter-friendly. These are the only things I can gripe about. The walls are THICK, you do not hear your neighbors, nor traffic in any direction. The pool is lovely. The cabinets, counters, and hardwood are options I would pick when building my own home. Maintenance is fantastic, and they are speedy, usually the next day at the latest. I am not a bribed reviewer, just proud of where I live.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, beautiful, and walkable place to live — Beautiful apartments and easy access to amenities. There’s a slight problem with wasps being everywhere making it hard to enjoy the great balcony view. Parking can get pretty limited around 5-6 PM every day. There’s not an easier way to get rid of your trash besides hauling it to the singular composter every other day. But I’d say overall, these are minor inconveniences that don’t take away my appreciation for the complex as a whole. I’m paying a fair price for a beautiful apartment with amazing amenities.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartments in CoMo with Outstanding Service — I just moved into these apartments, and I must say, they are the best in town The luxury finishes are truly amazing, and the office employees have been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions quickly and courteously, making me feel right at home. The move-in experience was a breeze, and everything went seamlessly. I can't wait to settle in and truly call this place home. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live

|Recommended: YesAmazing Apartments — We’ve been here for a week so far and Absolutly love it. Everyone that works at the office is super friendly and helpful with whatever questions we have. Also the apartment was in perfect condition when we moved in minus a couple paint spots on the floor everything was clean and in working order. We are super excited to stay here and hope it continues to be an amazing place for us to live
