|Recommended: NoMisery — Unfortunately staff lacks to do anything about noise complaints No matter how many times you let them know the person above you is breaking the lease they just don't do anything about it I mean whats the point of having a 18 page lease agreement if you let your residents break it I mean image paying over 1000 in RENT to get 4 hours of sleep at night due to excess noise disturbance above you that goes on all DAY and NIGHT and then going to work 8 hours a day. MISERABLE.
We are so sorry to hear you are having an ongoing issue. As discussed before, we always encourage our residents to call our courtesy officer who lives on-site to handle our noise complaints after hours to help in these situations as they are occurring.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful place to live — I have enjoyed living at Kelly Farms for the past two years and I am sad to leave but the rent got too high for me. The staff is amazing and anytime I have needed anything they have come out that day to fix it. Great pool and hot tub too.
