|Recommended: YesVery elegant and quiet and private. — It is definitely the best place to rent in Columbia. I love the the interior of the apartment and how spacious it is. The complex is also well maintained and quiet which is really important for me. There is a sense of privacy which I highly value. The staff is helpful and friendly.

|Recommended: YesBest apartment complex in Columbia — It’s a very nice apartment complex and all of the staff are wonderful. I love the layout of my apartment and I don’t think I can find something that suits me and my lifestyle so well anywhere else in the area. On the other hand the construction and finishings are surprisingly poor for how expensive it is. The cabinets don’t close right, my sink wasn’t sealed properly, there’s a gap between my front door and the frame which lets in bugs in the summer and the cold in the winter. Loads of nicks in the paint and cabinets when I moved in as well and it was a brand new apartment. But it is very clean and quiet and they respond quickly to phone calls and maintenance requests. The pool and gym are amazing perks as well.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful property and helpful staff — Property is super clean. Everything is updated with granite countertops. Plenty of space. Move in was easy. Maintenance and staff Madison, Aaron, and Brittany were fast in fixing any issues that I had Love it already
