The apartments are beautiful and spacious and come at a great price. The staff and maintenance crew are always helpful and very responsive.

My apartment was brand new when I moved in and I loved everything about it - spacious, clean, lots of cabinet space, large walk-in closet, big garden tub. The grounds are kept neat and clean. The property staff is great and always available to help with whatever I needed. I would recommend Kelly Farms to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.

|Recommended: YesClean, helpful, private, spacious — I have only lived here a couple of weeks, but so far, I like it. The staff is helpful and maintenance has been very quick. The complex is pretty quite and clean and offers good amenities. I also like how the place is well-lit at night.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Property is well kept, staff is very nice and helpful. Maintenance has a good response time and is easy to schedule. The community is quiet and friendly when you bump into them walking around. Easy to get to the mail and trash compactor even from the opposite end of the complex thanks to sidewalks throughout.
Amazon Hub is REALLY nice. Any package you get from FedEx UPS USPS goes there for you to pick up whenever you can instead of sitting outside your door all day, unless its something huge obviously. Very secure.
I only have two, very minor, complaints with the whole place. First, the building numbers are hard to see so it gets confusing for the delivery drivers when you order food and for guests trying to find your building. Secondly, if someone on the floor above below you closes their front door too hard your floor shakes. Again, very small complaints that are common with most other apartment complexes. I honestly struggled to come up with any negatives. Four months in and we really like it here Renewing for another year.
