|Recommended: YesBest property in all of Columbia — As two college professors that were new to Columbia, we loved living here The finishes are high end, helpful and friendly staff, outstanding amenities, and the grounds are well kept. The apartment buildings were quiet with their added minimum age requirement for renting a unit. The location is ideally suited to downtown, UM campus, walking biking trails, and shops and restaurants. This is by far the best value for luxury apartment living This was the perfect place for us until we purchased a house. We considered long term renting. Highly recommend.

|Recommended: YesAn upscale but affordable place to live — I’ve really enjoyed my 2 years at Kelly Farms. There have been some issues with the construction quality at move in and maintenance needs but the staff was quick to correct it.
|Recommended: YesKelly Farms is a great apartment complex to live at — Kelly Farms has some of the nicest apartments in Columbia. I love my place and the staff is very helpful. My main complaints are the parking by my building. I often have to park somewhat far away because the parking availability next to my entrance is almost always full. Additionally, I have noticed many major cracks in my ceiling and walls.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — The apartments are nicely laid out and spacious with up to date appliances and high ceilings. The grounds are open and very well kept. There’s plenty of parking, and plenty of space in the lots and behind garages. Insulation and noise levels are good - we do get quite a bit of walking noise from the apartment above, but never any voices. The staff has been very helpful, and overall it’s a quiet and friendly place to live.
