It's so nice to have access to a beautiful pool and well-equipped fitness area.

|Recommended: YesI am overall pleased with my choice — I looked at several apartment complexes and this one won out for a variety of reasons new construction, quality, convenience and the office nook . While a little expensive, it was in line with other newer complexes in the area. I live in a building that doesn't share walls with any of my neighbors. The pros of this are I don't hear any of my neighbors. The cons are the heating bills in the winter time are rather high. Overall, I am pleased.
Thank you for you review, Marc. We love being able to offer our smaller buildings which allow you to have a home with generally less than normal multi-family living noise. We understand, however, that the electric bills can be a bit higher in our smaller buildings because you don't share walls or floors with a neighboring apartment. We hope that the added comfort of our smaller buildings help to create balance.

|Recommended: YesBest Alternative to Living in A House — We have lived in a different apartments for every year over the last 10 years, due to schooling with both myself and my husband's post-graduate work. We opted to not get a house, and found Kelly Reserve. We have never been happier. The grounds are gorgeous, the apartment is nicer than most homes, and we hear ZERO noise from neighbors We have the 2 bdrm, 2 bath and 1 car garage. It's amazing Parking is not spectacular, but no an issue for us as we have a garage but it does get tight with guests, etc. . I truly cannot say enough about this place. If you are looking for a quite community of professionals--this is IT We have never had any problems and are happy to have found Kelly Reserve.

I never hear my neighbors, or even see them really The staff is extremely nice and understanding. I love everything Kelly Reserve has to offer - the gym is well equipped and the free personal trainer is a great opportunity. Any maintenance requests I've had have been taking care of within 48 hours. I really can't think of anything to complain about living here at all

|Recommended: YesLuxurious Town Home Feel — I enjoy the high quality of the complex, especially the details on the interior. The size of the apartment is incredible and really feels more than an apartment, but a home. I do not ever hear my neighbors, which is wonderful, and I have enjoyed my interactions with the staff, whether it be maintenance, front office, etc. Overall, I am glad to be a resident here and will continue to be.
