|Recommended: YesA great place to call home — This is a very beautiful and well kept complex. It doesn't feel like apartment living. It's quiet and you don't have to worry about noise from other apartments. The amenities are top notch. I would and have recommended Kelly Reserve to anyone.

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex In The Area — I love these apartments Everything is kept clean We have never had to complain about people picking up after their pets. We've never had an issue with noise, in our unit, either. I love how quiet it is here That's a huge plus The management is wonderful Ashley is super nice, and incredibly helpful. For how beautiful these apartments are, for the price, you can't go wrong. The only issue i've noticed is some of the residents only stick their trash in the front of the trash compacter, instead of making sure it's pushed all the way back. In saying that, the office has been great about sending messages to everyone, letting them know this is not okay. I have seen some difference since the email rolled out Honestly, there is no other place I would rather stay in Overland Park.

|Recommended: YesLovely quiet community with GREAT management — I've lived at Kelly Reserve for 2 years and just signed another 18 month lease. The management is wonderful, the units are very private. I never hear my neighbors.This community feels like home and it's inhabitants are very kind and respectful. And maintenance has been great Very responsive and nice guys. I love living at Kelly Reserve

|Recommended: YesA good place to say Home — Even though apartment is little on the expensive side, it is worth it. Staff, apartments, cleanliness are topnotch. Maintenance and overall livability is excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone. We moved in from Phoenix and had a talked over phone with Ashley , had a very good experience in renting the apartment without even seeing it. She was very responsive in answering to all our questions and showed us the apartment when we reached here. Would rate 5 star for the overall experience.

|Recommended: YesGreat Decision — Sold our home quickly and looked at at least a dozen complexes in the area. Kelly always had a wait list, so we narrowed down to 2 others. The day we were making a decision between the 2, an apartment opened up here and after touring, we pulled the trigger quickly. The staff, especially Ashley, have been wonderful. The apartment is huge and the amenities are better than any we saw in other complexes. We're planning to build, but honestly, so happy here I kind of wish we weren't ever leaving. The complex is clean, and I appreciate the fact that there are rules in place to ensure that it stays well maintained , balconies aren't cluttered with junk, etc. I loved that I received notification of a package delivered for me. And, after picking it up, confirmation that I had picked it up. Very impressive. We rent an apartment in Dallas and receive none of the service that we do here. Tomorrow marks 1 month for us, and we have absolutely no complaints or regrets.

This is my first apartment in many years, and it feels like a home Ashley has been available whenever I have had a question I have only had one maintenance issue, and it was addressed immediately The grounds and pool are always immaculate. Everyone picks up after their pets, and the complex overall is quiet Everything is extremely clean and well kept. I love it here

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex We Have Lived In To Date — We loved these apartments We are moving because we are buying a home, but we will miss Kelly Reserve Obviously any place you live is going to require maintenance... the few times we had to make a call regarding a maintenance issue, it was resolved in a timely and kind fashion. Ashley manages the front desk here at Kelly Reserve and we have nothing but good things to say about her. She was always friendly, patient, and apologetic when inevitable issues arose.
It is so important to our staff to make sure we are providing our residents with the best service that we can. We are so glad to hear that has been your experience. We will truly miss having you in our community and wish you all the best in the future.
|Recommended: YesLovely Place — I haven't lived in an apartment in 25 years with the exception of one overpriced loft off 119th when I first moved back to Kansas City. The unit is lovely, the staff friendly, and maintenance responsive. The only pooible complaint would be the trash situation. Very pleased with Kelly Reserve that I just resigned my lease.

|Recommended: YesKelly Reserve Review — This is a beautiful apartment community all around. The apartment layouts and open floor plan are wonderful. The grounds are kept really nice and the pool patio area along with the clubhouse are kept nicely, and are very luxury in layout. My fiancé and myself are happy to call this community home for now.

It really doesn't look like a typical apartment and I really like that, too. I love having the attached garage that leads right into my apartment. I would definitely recommend living here

The features in my apartment are classy high end. I love that I have a garage too...it makes it so convenient for the winter time.
