|Recommended: YesThe BEST apartment I've ever lived in — I absolutely love it here My apartment feels more like a townhome because the garage is attached and I hardly ever hear anyone The layout and aesthetics are wonderful at Kelly Reserve. The office staff is always so kind and helpful. There are a lot of regulations to this complex because of the neighboring areas, but that is one of the reasons I chose to live here. A huge selling point for me is this property is a non-smoking property I would recommend Kelly Reserve to ANYONE moving to the area Very happy here, it feels like my home.

|Recommended: YesThis is a Quality Community. I highly recommend it. — I have lived here 3 years. The community is very quiet. Everyone is respectful of their neighbors. The maintenance team is very professional and I have never had a maintenance issue that was not taken care of the same day I created an online work order. So easy to use The office staff is always upbeat and ready to help with concerns. The online portal makes paying rent, receiving notifications and creating workorders so easy. I love it here

|Recommended: YesQuality justifies price. — There's a reason why this community stays on a waiting list. When you're talking about top tier apt living, Kelly Reserve is the benchmark. I'm on my third lease because the management is stellar, the grounds are kept in excellent shape and repairs are typically same day if needed. They recently promoted longtime assistant, Ashley to GM, which was a smart in my opinion. She has always been extremely helpful to me and has a good rapport with the neighbors that I know. Every single visitor I've ever had has always complimented the property which speaks volumes to how this place is ran from top to bottom. A

|Recommended: YesGreat, clean, safe, and very up to date . — Quite for the most part, very safe. However living on the first floor I can hear my neighbor walking loudly at wee hours of the night on the second floor. But very friendly staff, professional and they actually recognize who you are when you walk in, and respond very fast with maintenance and emails.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The apartment complex is well maintained and looks nice and clean. I love it here. I have never heard little to no noise from neighbors. Occasionally, but not too often parking can become an issue over the weekends, assuming everybody has guests over. Another problem I have is that it is near impossible to get mail packages from the office after work the office closes around 5-6 depending on the season and typically I'd have to wait until Saturday.

|Recommended: YesLuxurious — My husband and I moved here from a 4 bedroom house, downsizing. SO HAPPY with this complex. Any issues were fixed in a timely manner by VERY courteous staff. Any footsteps ect from the top unit were muffled very well with good insulation. Grounds were always pristine Loved the garages attached to the apartments. I needed to downsize to a 1 bedroom after my husband passed away and unfortunately they did not have a 1 bedroom available. Now that I am at another complex I realize exactly what I had at Kelly Reserve I will likely be coming back at some point If I could give them 6 stars I would
