|Recommended: YesAffordable and beautiful — We love living at Kelly Reserve The apartments are beautiful with lots of space, storage, and design. The only issue we have is the parking near our building is very limited, but everything else about this apartment complex makes it worth it

It’s a great place to live. The office staff and maintenance team are the best and they all go out of their way to help
you any way they can. This is a friendly well taken care of apartment complex.

I am just a recent resident so I have not been able to enjoy all the amenities available to me in the complex. I will say, that during these winter months, snow removal has been great. Looking forward to spring.

|Recommended: YesFantastic Place to Live — This is an amazing complex to live in. The apartments are gorgeous and spacious, and you can really feel at home. We had a short in our garage door opener, and maintenance was there the next day and had it fixed by noon.
We are thrilled to hear about your experience here at Kelly Reserve! Our staff works diligently to provide an "at home" atmosphere for all of our residents. While we are sorry to hear of your issue with your garage door, we are pleased that we were able to resolve this issue so quickly. Please let us know if you ever need anything!

We were one of the first tenants in the whole complex and we decided to keep renewing our lease every year because of how great it was to live at Kelly Reserve. Everything is clean, upgraded and quiet. The staff doesn't treat you like a number and the maintenance staff guys are awesome. I'd often send in a request and they'd be over the same day in an hour or two. I wish I could of this place with me to Texas.

Enjoy the amenities and always feel safe. Neighbors have been respectful and caring of one another. No issues with noise in our around the community. Apts are very well insulated and appointed to help keep utilities low. Dog friendly, with a nice, well lit walking trail throughout the property.The maintenance team and office staff is very friendly, attentive and keeps the community in the know of special events and appointments.
