|Recommended: YesBest Apartments in Town — We looked at many apartments in the area, but Kelly Reserve has the best interiors and floorplans in South Overland Park. So now that we have lived here for about six months, we know we made the right choice. The apartment is beautiful, the grounds are well-kept, the neighbors are friendly but, we never hear them. And I am very sensitive and picky about hearing neighbors in apartments, but I don't hear a thing. We feel the apartment is sturdy and well-built. We live in a top-floor one bedroom with garages underneath our unit. If we have a maintenance request, it is fixed within 24-hours. At this rate, we don't even want to buy a house. My sister and brother-in-law moved back in town recently, and they agree, most of the apartments in Johnson County don't have the updated interiors and luxury feel that Kelly Reserve has to offer, AND, they are more expensive They are moving in soon too I don't think you can beat it, we may never move out. Also, great running trails in a really nice neighborhood, and an amazing fitness facility yoga studio. We also like that the location has convenient 5-min access to everything you could possibly need grocery stores, pharmacies, 2 Starbucks, post office, gas stations , however, it's tucked away from the main entertainment districts in Overland Park, so you still have a feel of seclusion and quiet.

The apartments are modern and offer plenty of storage and I love having an attached garage of my own. The staff here is amazing, they are always willing to help and answer questions and always return phone calls in a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesDefinitely worth a look — The apartments are new and very attractive. The convenient location and beautiful layout of the apartment commands a premium price--rent is definitely a consideration when weighing whether Kelly Reserve is a good fit. That said, it is a great place to live and the staff are very attentive and helpful. I would recommend giving it a look.

|Recommended: YesAbove Average — The floor plan we live in offers the best rate for sqft out of all the apartments we looked at. For being off of a busier street Quivira the apartments are set back enough that you feel like you are in more of a neighborhood. The floor plans are great and everything at the complex apartments, grounds, leasing office, pool is extremely nice for being in an apartment. The location is great as well with a wide variety of all the necessary stores and restaurants near by and only a couple minutes to I-435.

LOVE the courtesy and professionalism of front office staff--they set the tone for your place. Emily, Ashley, and Hillary are wonderful. Every complex should have staff like this And the men who do the service calls Chris, Morgan and Dustin are prompt, efficient, and so pleasant. AND they fix things right the first time--if they notice something additional that needs to be fixed, they do it You may post this if you just use the name Ronda
