|Recommended: YesI like the location of the property. It's close to grocery stores, a gas station and restaurants. I also enjoy that its away from loud traffic. — The place has great amenities and the rent is within great price range.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property — This is a quiet property with an amazing location People tend to keep to themselves and are very quiet but often open up after a few greetings. I love that the property is no smoking and holds strict regulations on pet waste pickup. The call directing system currently in place for the front office is somewhat confusing and unhelpful but when a property staff answer the phone, they are very friendly and always ready to help. Maintenance staff are on top of it when it comes to tending to maintenance requests within two days. However, they did miss a few items on multiple attempts to fix missing or broken elements of my initial apartment checklist.
All in all, a wonderful staff that works hard to ensure everyone is comfortable

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live, Great Staff — It seems like there's a lot of extra people taking up parking spots or maybe residents owning an extra car, not sure. Perhaps resident car stickers with guest passes might help that issue.
Unfortunately, residents aren't breaking down their boxes which would help the trash flying everywhere problems as well as a build-up overflow at the compactor.
I wish they would have offered some discount due to the fact that a lot of the amenities were taken away during these last COVID-19 months. Residents live here and pay to have the option to use these facilities..especially with increasing rent hikes almost each year.
Maintenance Staff has been phenomenal and friendly, and the office staff has been wonderful.. willing to help and work with us and any needs that come up and offer assistance whenever they can.

Thank you for letting us know about the parking spaces being limited and the boxes not being properly broken down. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and helps us get better as a community. We are looking into these issues and hope to resolve them promptly and accurately. We are anxiously waiting in anticipation on the arrival of cleaning products before we are able to reopen the amenities but are narrowing down a reopening date very soon! We look forward to seeing you and all of our residents very soon at the properly equipped amenities!
|Recommended: YesGreat Amenities — I didn’t appreciate when management closed the door to access the gym through the pool entrance. some rules were pretty strict. great amenities though and never any problems with other tenants

Due to the location of the emergency exit door being located in our pool area and it being non-pool season, we must lock this door from casual access for safety reasons.
