|Recommended: YesThis is a beautiful place to live — Extremely welcoming environment, wonderful staff, easy rent pay, and large spaces in the apartments.
|Recommended: YesFive Years at Hunter's Ridge — I continue to renew my lease at Hunter's Ridge because the grounds are well-kept, the apartment complex stays safe and well-maintained. The leasing office is typically very helpful. The pool at the apartments is very nice, comfortable, and well-maintained however, the guest policy could be a little bit more lax, as it'd be nice to be able to have more than two people over at a time to enjoy the pool. Overall, I've been very happy with my experience at Hunter's Ridge and will continue to renew my lease as long as I'm still apartment living in Lawrence.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I love living here. Only downside is in the winter, the floors of my apartment get really cold and I use the heat more than I have in apartments in the past. Other than that, I love the pool and gym here. Everything is so clean and the apartment in general is such a pretty layout. Workers are great Overall just a really nice little community to live in

Pros
-High quality apartments - the construction of the buildings and interiors does not seem cheap or poorly constructed
-Amenities pool, pool table, gym, business center, movie room, tennis courts, dog park
-Maintenance requests are resolved very quickly
Cons
-Garages are way too expensive
-An additional recycling bin is needed as the three that they have are overflowing before the recycling truck comes each Tuesday
-Excessive use of chemicals on grounds and inside apartments - pest control comes every month which is way too often
-Rent is a little high for the location of the complex

|Recommended: YesThe property is fine. The biggest thing that needs done is cleaning of the outside entry ways. Very very dirty — Nice place and comfortable.
|Recommended: YesThis property is well-managed, beautiful, and a pleasure to live in — This is a wonderful place to live. The first year that we rented here has flown by I cannot recommend Hunter's Ridge enough. If you're going to live in an apartment, it should be this one

|Recommended: YesWe have lived at Hunters' ridge for over a year and a half now and we absolutely love it The apartments are very well maintained and the staff are very passionate about what they do. If we have an issue with out apartment, we don't have to stress and worry about it because we know they will come and fix it. We recently had our tile replaced with the new flooring after we voiced our concern with some of the tiles breaking and popping up. It was such an easy process too Christina and her whole team go above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home. We have a chow chow as an ESA and they were very helpful in making sure we were accommodated for having him.He loves the dog park and exploring the grounds. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here. The apartments are beyond amazing and we never have issues with our neighbors or hearing them. It really is like your own home.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live and close to the highway Great for commuting. — We love living at Hunters Ridge Staff is helpful and friendly and they are very easy to work with. Great for people with dogs We have a Samoyed and she loves going to the dog park located on the property. The other amenities are great as well, the pool is wonderful and the gym is nice as well. Great common spaces for hosting friends and family.

|Recommended: YesGreat People and Great Property — They do a great job of keeping the grounds clean, there is always parking near me, the maintenance crew is pretty fast but do a great and speedy job, front desk crew is nice and side amenities are kept up to date and clean.
