Outside noise can be a little loud in the bedroom, but the amenities, service, staff, and apartments themselves are too hard to pass up. Wonderful spot

submitted by Izabella F. - |Recommended: YesGreat amenities, reasonable pricing — Generally a nice place to live. A lot of amenities and updated, well-kept units. Parking can be a bit of a hassle and you’ll occasionally hear your neighbors going up and down the stairs. Overall, the benefits certainly outweigh the few drawbacks, especially for the fair pricing and close proximity to the highway super convenient if you commute . If I weren’t moving out of state I would definitely be renewing my lease here at Hunter’s Ridge. I have recommended this apartments to several people and suggest taking a tour if you’re looking for a nice, safe place to live

I feel so comfortable and safe in the area, and being right next to the turnoff for I-70 has made my morning commute to Topeka much easier. The entire complex - my unit, the amenities, and exterior of the homes - are all so updated and clean, and the staff is so kind, friendly, and helpful. I'm sad to leave this complex, because it has been such a wonderful experience The location is perfect for me -- I prefer to live in a quieter area. Being here on the outskirts of town means you'll be driving 10-15 minutes just to get downtown, but you'll be very close to stores of West 6th. I don't mind a little bit of drive for having a nice, clean space with little no traffic noise. The quality of the apartment is wonderful -- very large spaces, bright with lots of natural lighting. My closet is huge I'm in a 1BR 1BA unit, and able to fit much of my extra furnishings with space to spare, like my art drafting desk art caddy, standing easel, 80 couch with 2 side tables, standing lamp, accent chair, coffee table, media stand TV. The only thing I don't have is a dining room table. It's a very inviting and welcoming feel when walking to get to the mail, passing all the green and up-kept spaces, people walking their dogs in the small dog park or down the sidewalks lots of dog owners . I feel safe and surrounded by friendly people.

Overall, the inside of the apartment is fine but when I moved into my lace there was paint all over my cabinets and on floor. I was also given a handicap apartment when I was trying to get a normal one bedroom place.

submitted by Maximillian R. - |Recommended: YesModern, clean and smoke free — It is a great place to live at. The previous apartment manager was terrible and she was insinuating that we were lying about our neighbors constantly running above us. The new manager was very nice and helpful when I interacted with him The apartments have a no smoking policy which is great, and they have the dog poo deposit boxes with bags so you can keep the grounds clean.
