|Recommended: YesVery good properties — I like this apartment, the cabinets and wood flooring is perfect and so fancy.
I like this neighborhood, it's so quiet and friendly. the office staffs are so kind and responsible. I will definitely recommend hunter ridge to my friends. the only problem is the parking lot that is not specified for each apartment and also guest parking. somedays I should park a block far from my apartment that in winter it will be very bad.

|Recommended: YesBetter than I imagined — Hunters ridge is amazing They have a portal for paying rent and your documents. They respond to maintenance calls really fast, and they’re so nice. They always answer my questions in a timely manner and always try to help whenever needed.
|Recommended: YesA great place to live. — The staff is amazing and the property is beautiful. When we first moved in, the kitchen flooring was awful. It was lumpy and bumpy and there were places I could pull up the floor. As soon as we let staff know they came up and looked at it and immediately took steps to get the floor replaced. Couldn't be happier with the way they have treated us. I would highly recommend to stay here. So far the only downfall has been parking. Assigned parking spaces would be nice, but it's not that bad.
|Recommended: YesGreat place with lots of space and wonderful lighting — Well-kept grounds, up-to-date appliances, extremely helpful and responsive staff. Apartments are cute and modern and have a lot of in-unit storage shelves that really make it feel like a home. Nice pool and workout area in the clubhouse too. Neighbors are very quiet. Parking can get a bit full at times but no major issues yet. Floors can feel a bit shaky if too heavy-footed, but we are lucky on the third floor without anyone above us
|Recommended: YesProperty is well kept and run very professionally. — As residents who've has just moved in a few days in , the property seems well maintained apartments, facilities and grounds and professionally run. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful.

|Recommended: YesSafe, comfortable, spacious, beautiful, quiet, pool, outdoor fireplace — This is my first week here but so far I love it, the apartment complex is very peaceful and relaxing, my dog and I enjoy our morning and evening walks, I always feel very safe in the complex area. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable.
The maintenance guy stopped by shortly after I submitted my maintenance form online, he was there within 30 minutes of my request and fixed everything I asked for.
The pool area is great, lots of room to swim around or to bbq with friends and family.
I will give this place a 10

|Recommended: YesHunters' Ridge consistently provides a thoroughly delightful living experience. — My wife and I have lived at Hunters' Ridge Apartments of Lawrence since its opening. The management and staff have always been exceptionally friendly and professional, particularly the current team. The grounds, public spaces and amenities are tidy and well maintained. The apartments are smartly appointed and competitively priced.

|Recommended: YesFriendly, Attentive, Wonky floors, Bad paint — Hunters ridge is beautiful. The staff has been great so far and we are having a great experience besides the NEW laminate flooring. The flooring was put in with a bunch of junk underneath so it is bumpy and wavy and uncomfortable. They also didn’t do an all over paint job. The spot painting is very noticeable. Not to the quality that I would expect from such a high quality facility.
|Recommended: YesStairs cleanliness — I am happy with living in Hunter's ridge, and I recommend it to my friends. However, the stairs of each building need to be clean. Some night we have bad smell in the stair. I think it is because of the pee of pets. It would help if you warned the residents or clean the stairs.
