|Recommended: YesConstruction quality — There is a lot of scope to improve the quality of appliances, doors, and cabinets. The wood quality is not great. Main door especially is cheap, it's super noisy when you close the door and lock system is not great considering it is for families mostly.

|Recommended: YesThe Price is Right — Overall, the Hunter's Ridge Apartments are a great place for a young adult or couple to start their lives in Lawrence. Located on the West side of town provides you with great shopping and eatery while being close to I-70.

|Recommended: YesIt is a good complex with minor weaknesses. — this is a good complex with minor weaknesses. I will recommend this complex. the staff and maintenance are nice and supportive. very quiet and family-friendly.
It is better to assign parking for each unit in front of each building.
During spring and summertime, cleaning of hallways should be more due to birds and their nest dirtiness.
The residents can not use the clubhouse after 5 pm and on weekends and you can not reserve it for big parties. the Clubhouse does not have any benefit for residents of hunters ridge it is just a showroom.

|Recommended: YesBest in Lawrence — In my opinion, Huntersridge offers the best apartment living in Lawrence. I particularly like the no smoking on property rule. My neighbors are wonderful and the staff has always been great to work with. I really enjoy living at Huntersridge and I highly recommend it.

|Recommended: YesHomey, spacious, and comfortable — The patio is so nice, because is closed off from your neighbors and you cannot see them. I love the dog park for the dogs to interact with others and run out their energy, I love the set up of the apartment, the bench to put shoes in by the door is amazing, the bookshelf and computer desk are WONDERFUL, the walk in closet to the main bedroom are amazing. If you live on the bottom floor, you can hear your neighbors above you walk really loud sometimes, the maintenance crew is on top of things getting things fixed, and the pool is a great feature as well.

|Recommended: YesHunters' Ridge is great — It's a nice place to live. It's very quiet and the neighbors are typically friendly. The maintenance staff are super responsive and work quickly to resolve any issues you may have. Overall I would recommend living here to anyone.

|Recommended: NoHunters Ridge overall Rating — The staff sometimes isn't the nicest if you look or seem young in any way. As a young independent, I feel as though I have been disrespected by staff and blown off on a few occasions. This has also happened to some of the younger adults in buildings near me. The apartments are very nice, but every night I am able to hear my neighbor listening to music. This is of course fine, for these are things that you should willingly expect in apartment living. Parking is also very sparse near my building, so good luck if you have any bags or groceries to carry after 8 pm, you will be walking. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe. I would also make sure you understand exactly how much your total rent will be after Hunters Ridge Fees, that aren't super descriptive while paying your bill as well as the addition of utilities and wifi. I usually end up paying 200 my normal base rent. Hot water also runs out very fast, had people try and fix this but I cannot even fill up the bath my apartment came with without it being cold. I have to heat water on my stove to take a hot bath. There is also a level of dirtiness within the stairs to the aprtments. The walls have stuff on them, the stairs have gum on them, and overall just look really dirty. The landscaping is upkept well but not the cleanliness within the apartment quarters. This has bothered me since I have gotten her, and it has not once been cleaned. When I got to my apartment, my front door was also covered in dirt and dust, which looked very unappealing to me. The first time we got our keys, there was water all over the floor in the kitchen, as well as an awfully pungent smell of vinegar and wet carpet. there was hair in the shower, as well as soap and dirt stain, and had to get it re-cleaned, which caused me to pay a lot more than I was expecting for the U-haul I rented based on the time they gave me for move in. Kind of a mess moving in for that reason.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice — while this apartment is literally at the edge of Lawrence, this apartment is the nicest that I have lived in. The apartment was clean when I moved it. I haven't really had to deal with staff at all yet, the grounds are very nice and well kept especially with so many dogs. I would live here again.
|Recommended: YesExcellent experience as a tenant of Hunter's Ridge — We moved in this August and everything has been wonderful so far The grounds are beautiful and we love the convenience of the dog park and poop boxes w the bags. The facilities are great and we love the apartment. Everyone is so nice and we have no complaints.

|Recommended: YesBest place I have ever lived. — Beautiful inside and out. Well built, office staff maintenance are friendly and efficient. The amenities are great and well taken care of. The app. to take care of rent, maintenance request, etc... is so easy. I do not think I will ever move again. LOVE this place.
