|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment — Very nice apartment that has been well-maintained. It was very clean when I moved in. I had some issues with the dishwasher initially, but maintenance fixed it within a day. They are very friendly and do good work. I haven't had any problems with parking that some others mention. I don't really hear my neighbors, so either they are quiet or the sound-proofing is really good, or possibly both. Very pretty gardens outside, too. I just wish the common areas for a building were swept and maintained more, and the parking lots were re-paved, but that's about it. Nothing wrong with living here, it's wonderful and I love it
|Recommended: YesVery happy family — The apartments are very cozy and beautiful. The staff is very friendly and are always ready to help. The pool is really nice and the gym is very well equipped. I would recommend to anyone the experience of living at Kelly's Ridge.

|Recommended: YesFantastic — I love living in the Kelly's Ridge apartments. There is ample parking, nice neighbors, a beautiful pool, and a wonderful fitness center.
The maintenance crew is outstanding as well. They are courteous, polite, and prompt.
I am also blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the office staff. Everyone I have dealt with is superb.
Furthermore, you simply cannot beat the pricing of these apartments. I am all-around extremely happy living in Kelly's Ridge and cannot think of one negative.
|Recommended: YesAn incredibly nice place to live — The apartements are beautiful. The staff is always friendly and willing to help with questions and concerns. Maintenance occurs quickly. The location is great with many nearby shops within a quick drive. The area is well kept and clean. No real noise problems with neighbors or other nearby sources.
The only thing that is worth noting as a minor inconvenience is the main exit onto Broadway can be difficult to get onto if you are going east. This is because it is at the top of a small hill, so it is sometimes hard to be sure of oncoming traffic from both directions.
|Recommended: YesI love it — I love it here. The staff is amazing and very personal. Our neighbor's are friendly and so is everyone in the complex. The staff is really personable and the maintenance team is always quick to respond.

|Recommended: YesOverall good — I only have a couple complaints - trees were taken out last fall and the mess from the stomp grinding was left. Also, leaves and dirt should be blown out of the corridors on a regular basis. It piles up outside my door. I sweep it all the time.
Other than that, nice staff and quiet clean apartments.

Thank you for your review. I wanted to email you to let you know your complaints have been heard. We were waiting for weather to improve to begin landscape work this spring. Starting next week we will have a company here to work on the areas in front of each building where the trees were removed. They will be putting in new grass and planting new shrubs where needed. We just hired a new groundskeeper, he will work on the breezeways and get them cleaned up. Now that we have him full time we expect for the breezeways to be regularly maintained. If you ever notice work needs to be done outside, please feel free to contact us and we will be sure to take care of it! We work daily to improve our customer service and ensure that our residents have a pleasant experience with us, we hope that you are enjoying your stay.

|Recommended: YesKelly's Ridge Experience — I generally like living here. My apartment is spacious, and I really like that I have an in-unit washer and dryer. The neighborhood is nice and generally peaceful. I can usually park in my favorite spot in the lot outside my building.The storage space is excellent with lots of closets to store my belongings. The down sides of living here are that the trash is only in one location, which makes it difficult when I have a lot of garbage of which to dispose. I also HATE that I can hear my neighbors below me. They are EXTREMELY loud when they talk on the phone in their bedroom, and their children scream at the top of their lungs at least two times a day. I can hear them walking around loudly almost sounds like they are stomping . I wish the walls were not so paper thin, or at least, In wish that my neighbors were not so darn loud all the time. This is more so a problem against them than against Kelly's Ridge as a whole. Again overall, I enjoy living here in this apartment complex.
|Recommended: YesVery nice — I love the layout and size of my unit. It is a nice place with tons of storage. Recently the trees in front of the buildings had to be removed so as not to damage plumbing. I'm hoping some new landscaping replaces it in the spring so it improves the current appearance without the trees. Neighbors are very quiet and respectful. Sometimes noise of people going up and down the breezeway stairs can be heard but it is not a problem. I've had zero issues getting resolution from office staff that are prompt and friendly with responses to concerns or inquiries.

|Recommended: YesGreat Community, but with a few adjustments — I have only been living in Kelly's Ridge for a short period of time and I am really enjoying it. The property's upkeep is amazing, as well as maintenance being very fast.
There are only two minor issues. The first one is parking. I live in a building near the back of the property where they store all of their extra construction material. As a result, the material blocks the majority of parking spots. This only serves as a problem when people invite friends over and limits the spots even further. I wish there was a better spot for the extra equipment.
The second issue is unclear directions signs for the apartments. If you live in one of the apartments near the back of the complex, it is confusing and unclear for new visitors to find. I think an addition of little signs on the property that point the directions of the apartment building numbers would go a long way to help direct visitors and new residents through the property.
Overall I'm very satisfied with Kelly's Ridge. I look forward to my continued experience living here.

I have received a few other comments that mirror yours and I wanted to let you know you have been heard! The construction materials in the back, over the last year have taken up a ton of parking. Now that Kelly Highlands construction is done, we are working over the next few months to get things cleaned up back there. Some items will permanently be there, but we want to get it consolidated and free up as many parking spots as possible. We are also planning on working to make the building signs more visible next year. We plan to put in new exterior lighting and remove the trees that are blocking building numbers. Please feel free to share with me any other suggestions or comments, I am happy to hear them and want to work to make the community better. Thank you for being a great resident!
