|Recommended: YesVery nice place to live. — My apartment is very nice inside and I like the layout. For the most part it is quiet. My neighbors have all been nice. I love the pool and gym. Laundry facility is good. I had to use temporarily while my washer was being repaired. The office staff have been awesome to work with.

They do a good job of screening prospective tenants and it makes a very big difference in the atmosphere community of the property.

The maintenance crew has always payed attention to details and the grounds are kept neat and clean... I speak as a 12 year resident...

|Recommended: YesKelly's Ridge has been a wonderful place to live. — I love living at Kelly's Ridge Apts. I have a beautiful apartment on third floor with the high ceilings and fireplace. It is so convenient to everything in town. And the staff have been awesome to work with. Any maintenance issues have always been taken care of immediately. My apartment neighbors have all been very gracious and appear to be mostly graduate students or professional working people. Would highly recommend these apts.
