|Recommended: YesI love Kelly's Ridge — Kelly's Ridge is excellent. I have never heard my neighbors, whether that is because the walls are lined properly or they are just quiet people, I have no complaints. Parking is never an issue. Great place to live

|Recommended: YesGreat property but need to keep up more — Good property with affordable price. Overall this is good place to stay with affordable price, but there are 2 things need to be done. Cleaning the Hallways and sweeping the parking lots, looks like they haven't cleaning for years.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our Grounds Keeper is currently going through and cleaning all breezeways. I believe yours was taken care of today! If you ever have maintenance concerns on the exterior of your building give us a call or submit a maintenance request and we will be happy to take care of it. In addition to the breezeways we are working our way through the property painting the parking lot lines and cleaning up the fall leaves. If you have any other concerns please give us a call.
