|Recommended: YesGood Place to Live — Living here has been fantastic The only issue I have is that you can CONSTANTLY hear the people above you or next to you. It felt like I lived below elephants that liked to do their household cleaning at 11 pm. Overall it is clean and nice looking for the price

As a graduate student I have no problems studying in my apartment as all of the neighbors are very respectful. Office staff are very helpful and kind.

|Recommended: YesQuiet unit with a lovely outlook on the trees — It is a very peaceful place to live, especially on the far end away from W Broadway. I love my leafy outlook into the trees in the summer off my balcony.

|Recommended: YesAmazing place to live — I decided to live at Kelly's Ridge after visiting here with a past resident. I was able to get the apartment I wanted and move in at a convenient time. I was so impressed with how clean the apartment was when moving in I had a couple of easy maintenance requests, and they were taken care of immediately. The front office staff are very friendly and accommodating-- and the front office is beautiful I have not used the gym but it looks nice. And they have a little computer area for printing. The whole place is beautiful and a quiet, peaceful living area. Parking becomes an issue late at night, but other than that it's okay. I feel very safe and welcomed here. I am so glad I made the decision to live here

|Recommended: YesExcellent place of living — I have had a limited amount of problems since living here and highly recommend it. Friendly neighbors give a homey feeling which can be underrated. Great location that has many services within a close proximity. I truthfully have a hard time brainstorming anything that could use a significant upgrade. The parking lot and drive maybe, but we have be reassured it's near the top of the to do list. Great place
|Recommended: YesNice Apartments — I have never had problems finding a place to park. The parking lot could be worked on a bit, as it is cracked, but that's nothing huge. My apartment was well-maintained, the carpet and fixtures are nice. I have never heard my neighbors, so my apartment is very quiet. The windows aren't terrible, but could be a bit of better quality as far as insulating from heat cold goes , but nothing huge. Office staff is very nice and accommodating. Never had problems with maintenance fixing things in a timely fashion. They are very nice and do a great job.

Once in a while there is a pipe leakage or something because of not good building material I guess.
Also, master bedroom is really cold, because the windows are not insulated well.
