|Recommended: NoThe property is very unsightly with large potholes, mud, and dead landscaping. — I would tell friends not to live here. Rent has increased every year and the property appearance quality has gone very down hill and they are taking things away that were once perks such as cable . Landscaping is almost all dead, curbs are falling apart, and there are many potholes in the parking lot--some of which can easily do damage to cars. They are attempting to fix the parking lot, but have made little to no progress and started the project in the winter, making it very difficult to complete. They recently have added better lighting outdoors, which is nice and makes me feel much safer when walking my dog at night, however, there are giant mud piles where the fixtures were placed. They attempted to made the dumpster area better, but the area is just very muddy making it very unsightly. The property staff attempt to keep the property picked up from animal waste by charging owners 100 if caught not picking up after their animal. However, they only care about the areas close to the leasing office and neglect the other areas of the property. The maintenance staff is wonderful They respond to requests quickly and are always friendly and get the job done or find someone to get the job done.

We believe you will be pleasantly surprised this spring as we plan to make some dramatic changes to the curb appeal of the community. The roadways will be paved with asphalt and we will repair all of the potholes. Also, now that we are getting warmer weather we will have a landscaping crew go through and plant grass in all of the areas that were disturbed from the lighting installation project last fall. Since the dumpster area was rebuilt in the winter, we will now have the opportunity to complete landscaping in that area as well. Please reach out to our leasing office with the areas of concern regarding pet waste. We have a new onsite groundskeeper and we would like to send him to clean up. We will pass along your kind words to the maintenance staff, we agree, they are pretty wonderful! |Recommended: YesPerfect place to live for a single mom going through a divorce — Kelly's Ridge is a VERY welcoming and friendly community. The staff has been professional and inviting to myself and my children. Living here while going through a divorce has made the transition much easier.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment living — The staff are very friendly and helpful, we mostly worked with Olive, Casey Chance who are awesome The apartments are nice and the layout is good with good appliances and issues are fixed quickly. The trash area and parking lots were not in the best shape when we moved in, but both are being completely revamped at this time so both will be in wonderful working order soon. The grounds have nice landscaping and plenty of dog friendly places. We recommend living here, the rent is fair and garage rental is available for a nominal monthly fee which is far less cost and a way larger space then any of the storage rental places in town. The pool area is really nice with plenty of seating and umbrella's and we love the salt water pool
