|Recommended: YesKellys Ridge - Excellent property, excellent staff, safe and clean — Kelly's Ridge - Excellent property, excellent cordial and caring professional staff, very safe and clean, service requests promptly completed, no bugs, quiet friendly tenants, well lit, plenty of close parking, every amenity onsite, shopping and gas is nearby, nearby to Missouri University. Policeman lives on site, though I have never seen any problems in my three years living here. Excellent value for the rent. I am happy and satisfied. Highly recommended And no, this was not written by an employee, but by an actual real tenant.
|Recommended: YesVery clean and professional looking — The amenities are great and the apartments are very nice. Parking in front of your apartment can be scarce at times, but there's usually open spots not far.

|Recommended: YesGreat Environment — It is a great place to live. Staff are super friendly and willing to help with anything they can. One thing that I have negative to say would be that I can clearly the tv and music from my neighbor above me, but overall its a great place to live.

The only thing, I wish they do is sweep the parking lot at least 4 times a year
|Recommended: YesI'm excited to call Kelly's Ridge Home — This is by far the best place I've found in Columbia I enjoy the amenities and the office staff are very helpful and informative-plus they are dedicated to making certain any issues, big or small, get solved quickly and efficiently
