|Recommended: YesNice, But Not Up To Expectations — The apartment is nice for the price. Staff is professional and extremely helpful. However, expectations fall a little short. Sidewalks remain untouched during winter or any snowfall. If being charged for a view or a floor level alters your rent, then sidewalks should at least be maintained.

Thanks for letting us know about your frustrations with the snow removal, this helps us to improve the property. Sometimes we miss things when there is a lot of snow. We will make sure to check your breezeway and make sure it is cleared the next time we get snow. Please call the office in the future if we missed something!

|Recommended: YesQuality professional living — The apartment is clean, well maintained, and easy to live in. The staff is very responsive and professional. It is nothing like living in student housing or in a leased home apartment through any other company in Columbia. The balcony and closets are huge, there are tons of cabinets in the kitchen, and the water heater is great. Mail delivery is reliable, deliveries are safe at my door, and the neighbors aren't terrible. The furthest I ever have to park is a few extra spots from my building, but I usually park right in front of my doors. The garages available are clean and spacious, not always close by but great for storage.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful property with caring and friendly staff. — Great quiet place with lots of walking areas, a cozy pool, and a tennis court. Friendly and quiet neighbors. Parking can get packed right after most people get off work.

|Recommended: YesLovely, reasonably priced, great staff — Loved living in my one-bedroom for two years. The property the maintenance staff were kind, fast to respond to any issues, and really ethical Overall the grounds and community areas are well-maintained and the gym, pool, tennis court, dog areas are great bonuses My apartment had a few problems but the staff was quick to address any issues that could be fixed. The tenant above me leaked water into my apartment and the kelly ridge's maintenance staff drove to my apartment before their normal working hours to help me swiftly address the problem. The property staff brought in a 3rd party company to address the water issue and they paid for the boarding of my cats for the weekend while I stayed out of the apartment. I am grateful for the ethical and conscious way they run their apartment complex. I lived alone on the first floor and always felt safe. The other tenants are young professionals and they have a live-in cop here that will respond to any issues you may have as well.
HIGHLY recommend this property Only moved because I moved into a 2 bedroom with a room mate.

|Recommended: YesWe have been living here for a week and we love it — First impressions are important and Kelly's ridge knocked it out of the park. Every time we move to a new place, we are ready to clean the new place even though it has been cleaned before so it is clean to our standards. We got to Kelly's Ridge equipped to clean, but we were pleasantly suprised. The apartment was IN OUTSTANDING CONDITION and EXTREMELY CLEAN. Everything looked ok except one tiny thing one of the vertical blinds was faulty . We posted an order to get it fixed AND THE SAME DAY we posted the other even though it was not an emergency they FIXED. HOW EFFICIENT IS THAT This place is quiet, pet friendly, CLEAN, and extremely safe. We have moved cross-country multiple times to different states because of my job, and BY FAR Kelly's Ridge has been our favorite place to live. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you to the outstanding ladies that run this place. Cannot be happier with your work
