|Recommended: YesI'm a new tenant and so far my experience has been great — It was easy to fill out the application and communicate with the office, especially with me not being easily reachable due to work and unbale to visit the property prior to move in. It was an easy process and the apartment has been great so far. It was clean and everything was in order on my move in and I haven't had any issues at all.

|Recommended: YesMy review — Love living here Only thing is I do hear my neighbors dogs upstairs be loud at times and I do wish there was some more parking spaces so won’t have to park far from my place sometimes But other than that great place to live for sure Would totally recommend
|Recommended: YesGreat overall for the price — The parking can be hard to come by, sometimes you will have to park super far away from your apartment. There is a lack of keeping the residents informed with construction. Right now they are tearing out staircases and replacing them, which is great but we got no notice and construction has lasted weeks.
Those are the only downsides I've found. Overall its a peaceful area, yet close enough to anything in Columbia Its pretty quiet at night and feels safe to walk around. The staff is pretty welcoming and if there is a maintenance issue its usually solved the same day. After living in a few complexes across the city, this is one of the best one's I found
|Recommended: YesNew to Apartment Life... — I am a small town girl moved to the big city and new to Apartment Life and I was worried about the privacy and noise level associated with it. However, I have been pleasantly surprised by how quiet and safe it is here at Kelly's Ridge. I am loving my new apartment The staff were very helpful and answered all my many questions before and after I moved in. Thanks so much

|Recommended: YesFor not knowing Columbia, perfect place to start. — I moved here site unseen, and I do not regret it.
The area we are in is perfect, grocery stores, the mall and a hardware store all within 10 mins.
A maintenance crew that is there when you need them, 7 days a week.
The rooms in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom are spacious.
You are in an apartment so hearing the neighbors next door, or directly above you is expected.
If there are issues, the management will investigate.
I feel safe here, no reason not to.
I plan on being here for a few more years.
