|Recommended: YesThe apartment is absolutely amazing — I have lived in 4 other apartment complexes in Columbia and this one is by far the best. The apartment complex is in a great location and is gorgeous. The pool is amazing and is beautifully lit at night. The bay window and the overall layout of the apartment allows for so much natural light to come through. Parking is also never a problem. I honestly, have zero complaints.

Everything works very well, the property pool is amazing and the staff has always been very attentive and super helpful to us. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend

|Recommended: YesClean, clear, and safe. — Kelly's ridge is an upscale option for young professionals and master's students. The pricing is good, especially if you have roommates to split the cost with, but is not an alternative to student housing like The Lyfe or The Den.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — We've lived here for about a year now, and plan to stay until we leave Columbia. The staff members overall are phenomenal. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely fashion. The upkeep of the complex grounds is done quite well. We rarely, if ever, hear our neighbors which is a big plus however, we do live in a top floor unit . Compared to our previous apartment, utilities are on par or a bit cheaper. The floor plans are great and you get a lot of space and amenities for the price of rent in our opinion. Kelly's Ridge is a great place to live
