|Recommended: YesVery good. — These apartments are great If something breaks and you submit a request they are done the very next day. There is always parking, however there is a waitlist for covered parking very much with it . Can rarely hear neighbors, it is so quiet here. There is recycling. When we arrived into our apartments there was a lot of things that weren't fixed in a great way, such as the counter tops were peeling along with caulking in the bathroom, but they are getting remodeled this year. Make sure to review your lease and make sure you check what needs to be taken care of like certain cleaning of carpet and I read in another review that your supposed to clean under your appliances every three months but I couldn't find that on the lease agreement, I will have to ask. There is a great balcony for having a small bbq outside gas only and a table and chairs. The apartments are very spacious. There is a closet for a washer and dryer. I love living here, it's close to everything, everyone is nice.

|Recommended: YesFantastic place to live — The office and maintenance staff are exceptional, they are all more then helpful and friendly. The complex sits right next to the Katy Trail and you can easily walk or bicycle to the downtown area. They are doing upgrades to the apartments that will undoubtly only make this place much more desireable. A .

|Recommended: YesMy favorite apartments in Columbia — love the community lay out , nice that it is close to the trail. Cozy apartments - good natural light inside. A perfect price range for anyone in a similar situation as mine. We were informed they were updating the apartments, so not sure what that is going to to for the rent and if it will stay reasonable.

I love the location, the convenience of getting anywhere I need in town quickly, but also the amenities that are within walking distance The access to the MKT trail is fantastic, the responsiveness of the management team is phenomenal, and I genuinely love living here

|Recommended: YesBig fan — Reasonably priced, great access to Katy Trail. Staff is very willing to help. The manager came in and let me into my apartment at 11pm one night when I was locked out, definitely above and beyond
|Recommended: YesBy far the best apartment I have ever lived in — By far the best apartment I have ever lived in. The complex is quiet and I really like that it is a 22 or something around there and older community. The area is excellent and you are close to everything. Apartments are nice and the management maintenance is very friendly. Only downside is that they do not let you see the other floor plans. They only have one model apartment which is a 2 bed 2 bath floor plan, so if you want any other floor plan you can only see it online. They do let you pick the specific unit you want but again, you don't get to see the inside of the unit until your move in day, which can be frustrating when you are trying to plan the furniture you will need, etc. But all in all, I love living at Katy Place. It is a very nice place to live
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live, with great staff — I have loved living here. The staff has always been really helpful and anytime we had issues, maintenance was on it The location is perfect, its not too far from downtown, but you can still be away from the chaos.
