|Recommended: YesBeautiful, peaceful, perfect. — I love it here. It's quiet and very well-kept. My apartment gets amazing light and I spend almost every waking hour on the porch. It's absolutely gorgeous.
|Recommended: YesGreat — I've only lived here for a month, but so far I love it I do wish the fitness center were open 24 hours, not just during business hours. However, I understand the COVID-19 situation presents unexpected difficulties, and I'm trying to be patient.
|Recommended: YesSound, Safe, and Sanitary — We greatly enjoy our apartment here. We rarely have need of maintenance help, but when necessary they are quick and professional. It's easy to access the many stores and restaurants around the area too.
|Recommended: YesI loved living here — This has by far been my favorite apartment to live at in Columbia. It's comfortable and clean. The complex itself is quiet for the most part. The staff has been fabulous. From move in to move out, they have been the nicest and easiest people to talk to. It's just a homey environment and I loved all of it.
|Recommended: YesLove the new apartment — Move-in was great I found a few problems in the unit, and maintenance came the next day to fix it. Very quiet area and love the trail access. My apartment had just undergone renovation and it is nice. My dog is adjusting well and is making new puppy friends. The grounds are currently undergoing renovation, but overall the community looks nice.

|Recommended: YesExcellent, friendly and responsive staff. — When I first arrived at the apartment to start moving in there were several issues wrong. Theresa, immediately came to the apartment along with the maintenance staff and made a complete list of problems. When I arrived 3 days later for complete move in everything was fixed Also they checked back with me to make sure everything was ok

|Recommended: YesBy far the SMOOTHEST move-in process I've experienced to-date — Everyone from Teresa and Ashley to the maintenance guys have been prompt, professional and extremely helpful. They are super busy but still manage to make you a priority This complex is older, but they are renovating the apartments including mine that I just moved in to. Would have liked to have stainless steel appliances as the black does not really go with the renovations first world problems, so not a big deal . Towards the back of the complex the landscape could use some TLC, but again, these are smaller nit-picky observations rather than important details. The tenants here all seem friendly and I've seen so many people out and about walking their dogs since we're right off the Katy Trail This is one of the most popular complexes to live in for a reason.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place for Family and Working Professionals — Katy Place has been the best home we have had since moving to Columbia five years ago. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they are quick to address issues. The grounds are the cleanest we have lived on, and being within walking distance of food, groceries, movies, and the trail is amazing. Definitely recommend.
As far as reviews go, this is one of the best! We appreciate you taking the time to share your kind words about our property. We love having you here!
|Recommended: YesNice place to live, quiet and great location in town — I have lived in many different apartments. I like Katy Place for its location, right next to the trail, the landscape and maintenance has been great. The office staff is very kind. My only complaint is there could be better signage to show where the building are on the property, it is hard to explain to visitors.
Katy Place is in the middle of renovations so in the coming years it will be greatly improved as far as functionality and aesthetics.

|Recommended: YesLove my Pine Tree Apartment — The apartments are are close to shopping and outdoor trails and nature. The Office Staff is wonderful and maintenance is timely and professional.

|Recommended: YesKaty Place Apartments is a hidden jewel — Very quiet community. Friendly and the staff are so helpful and wonderful. This was the first and only place I looked at when needing an apartment. I'm thankful I was able to find an available unit when I needed it.

|Recommended: YesWorth it — Friendly staff, friendly neighbors, situated immediately between a grocery store and a hiking trail, Katy Place has a lot going for it. I was worried when I first leased here, fresh out of college, that this place was going to take advantage of my lack of apartment experience to bleed my wallet dry or shack me up in some crumbling mess of an apartment. However, in the years I've been here, I've been treated well by all the staff and I don't feel like my money is being thrown down the drain or like I'm not being listened to as a resident.
