|Recommended: YesQuiet, Centrally Located Apartment with Trail Access — I have lived at Katy Place twice. When I moved away and decided to later come back to Columbia, I didn't even look at other apartments. I signed at Katy Place right away. The units have been renovated recently and look very polished. The staff is friendly and the maintenance tickets which are few are always handled with haste. The community is fairly quiet but not unfriendly. The best bonus for me is the trail access to the MKT and the nature loop. It's so nice to have a pretty place to take a walk since the complex is on a busier street. There's also a walkable grocery store and movie theater. If you like to work out, there are two gyms within a 5 minute drive in addition to the one the complex offers. You do have to drive to get to a restaurant or bar, but it's a quick drive and an Uber or Lyft is rarely more than 15. If you live or work on campus, the trail access point provides a straight shot bike route.

The trail behind the apartments is so convenient, beautiful and safe. I'll be sad to leave this place
|Recommended: YesQuality Full Service Apartments — With an outdoor space porch on each apartment, our apartment feels more like a house than any other place we have lived. The staff is very friendly and maintenance reports are dealt with at lightning speed. We love the pool and access to the MKT trail
