|Recommended: YesI love living at Katy Place — Katy Place is a great place to live. The property is very close to the MKT trail, which is great for a runner like me. It is also very close to shopping centers and the Columbia Mall. The maintenance workers are wonderful and not only complete work requests in a timely manner but also go above and beyond to ensure that they have alleviated the problem. The property is clean and quiet and I've never had an issue finding a parking spot. The maintenance staff did an excellent job of clearing the snow during the big snowstorm in early January. My only complaint is that the insulation is not great so my apartment can be quite chilly when the temperatures get very low outside.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — I would absolutely recommend this place to a friend And I already have and she lives a couple buildings down from me now . Parking has never been an issue neither has noise. Maintenance is super fast and courteous any time I have needed them. Staff are friendly. Great place to live.

|Recommended: YesAppearance — I do not like how the complex looks with all of the trees gone. Even with new trees planted, it will be a long while until they grow in comparison to how this place looks.
Katy Place does have a different appearance due to the removal of the trees. However, if will
look great once the landscaping is done with the new trees and shrubs.
|Recommended: YesA great place to live — I have really enjoyed living here for the last year. Our neighbors are friendly and kind. We can hear their dogs bark in the morning when other residents leave for work. I never have trouble finding parking in front of my apartment. I had a bit of trouble communicating and getting timely answers when I first began inquiring about this facility but it definitely all worked out in the end. Our utilities have always been very reasonable with our highest bill being 200 during the coldest part of winter. They do no offer any maintenance on the weekend which is an issue. This summer my air conditioning froze up and luckily my parents were in town and knew what to do as far as finding the issue and thawing the unit otherwise I would not have had any AC for at least 3 days and it was almost 100 degrees all weekend. But overall I have been very impressed with this living situation and am planning on signing for another year.

Needing and AC repair in the winter can be so troublesome and for that we apologize. Please know that we have 24 hour emergency maintenance for items such as no AC in temperatures over 85, this includes weekends.
