|Recommended: YesGood Place to Stay — The apartment was cleaned well before move-in. And although it’s not perfect, the apartment will be a good place to stay while I complete my college degree. The parking lot can be difficult to navigate at times if you have a bigger vehicle, but I’m hoping to get a garage soon.

|Recommended: YesLong Overdue Appreciation — Hi there I would like to take this opportunity to thank Austin and Sam for being exceptional. Earlier this week, we had a tornado move through our complex. In fear and panic, my first thought was to contact Austin Butler at the KG office. He was very calm and warm, and welcomed us to ride out the worst of the storm, with the other residents who had assembled in the clubhouse. He was very attentive to monitoring the weather, ensuring safety, and being a calm, kind and professional presence. We even made some new friends with fellow residents, enjoyed some great magazines and had a cup of coffee Austin is a great property manager and has definitely earned the respect of our family We'd also like to acknowledge Sam D. He is superb when it comes to repairs around our apartment. He can literally fix everything and always gets to the root of the issue. He is kind, professional, and we always feel safe and enjoy his company when he comes to our apartment. Every year we seem to love our apartment and the community at Kelly Greens a little more. Thank you, Austin and Sam, for all you do for your residents. Your kindness, attentiveness and professionalism, doesn't go unnoticed.

|Recommended: NoBefore I signed a lease, I asked what the options were if I wanted to terminate early since I could only sign a 9 or 18 month lease . I was told the only things I would have to do would be 1. give 30 days notice and 2. pay the buyout fee. Fast forward one year later, my husband and I had bought a house and reached out to the office to put in our 30 days notice. I was told by the front desk that wasn't an option, because they only allow 2 buyouts per month. She let me know they already had 2 buyouts for October, November, December and January, which meant the earliest I could buy out of my lease was February. Since my lease ended in April, it would have cost me more to buy out of the lease in Feb than if I just paid through the rest of the lease. When I asked where it was written in the lease I was told It's not in there, but that's how we've always done things . This all coming from the same person who I asked about early-termination from on day one.

We always strive to be as transparent as possible, and we regret any confusion surrounding our early lease termination policy. While we do our best to explain the lease terms thoroughly at move-in, we understand how critical clarity is when residents are making major life decisions. To clarify, our lease agreement does state that early terminations are subject to management discretion, which allows us to balance the operational needs of the community while trying to accommodate as many requests as possible.
We recognize that the buyout limit per month may not have been clearly communicated in advance, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience that caused.

|Recommended: YesI have lived here for almost 3 years in June . it is so quiet and well maintained. i face the golf course which is great for my cat. parking can get full but i have a dedicated handicap spot so that helps. staff has always been very helpful and a joy. close to everything you need

|Recommended: YesI have lived at Kelly Greens for 30 years, during which time there have been four different managers, all of them great people. I have lived 12 of those 30 years facing the golf course, which I highly recommend as the sunsets one gets facing west can be absolutely spectacular. The staff is always professional and pleasant and the neighborhood boasts 3 grocery stores, 2 of which you could walk to. Highly recommended

|Recommended: YesGreat apartments — Great little apartments, facilities and grounds. Parking is rough - but it is a large complex. If you can get a garage, do so. The staff is very helpful. Great place for students and young couples starting out. It is safe and well lit.

|Recommended: YesWe're loving it here — We moved in recently and the whole process has gone exceptionally smooth thanks to Alanna, our leasing agent and Austin, the property manager. Both have been incredibly helpful to us answering questions we’ve had, ensuring everything is clean, nice and in working order. They even ensured we had a disabled parking space in front of our apartment. We have a small dog and really appreciate the doggy waste stations complete with bags and trash cans scattered throughout the complex. The grounds are very nice with zero evidence that pets live here. I could go on but basically, we’re really loving our new home and couldn’t be happier
