Although there are quite a bit of rules regulations regarding what residents are able to do, it is worth it for the nice space, cleanliness, amenities, and professionalism of the community.

We do our best to monitor these areas and contact the owners of vehicles that may be parked improperly. Fortunately, most of our apartment homes feature direct access garage and driveway spaces! |Recommended: YesAMAZING — I moved in August 15, 2020 and wanted to wait until I'd been here a while to leave a proper review. I've been here 6 months now and I have loved every minute. I have a ground floor 2br 2bath apartment with 2 car garage. Erin in the office staff is superb She remembers who I am, I don't have to tell her who I am when I come to the office and I love that. She is so responsive with her emailing and she is just awesome. I have had 2 maintenance issues and both were quickly resolved. 1 was a part in my stove that had just gone bad and they came within 2 hours to fix it. The other was my pipes freezing in my bathroom during this bad winter weather and I wasn't home to check on things. I emailed Erin and she quickly checked for me and kept an eye on my apartment until I got back. It's so quiet in this small community that I rarely hear any noise. I'll sometimes hear someone walking upstairs or a toilet flush but compared to a lot of other apartment complexes, this is nothing. I don't have any pets but it's definitely a pet friendly community. I see lots of dogs walking. This apartment has been the best experience for me and I plan to extend my lease another year when that time comes. I may never leave -
The maintenance guys are so hard working. I literally watched them out my window this winter and they kept everything neat and cleared off. Kept the trash compactor working. They are just an amazing crew.
Parking has never been an issue for me because I have a garage but I have seen a couple congested spots near the 128th street entrance. Again, compared to other apartment complexes, it's nothing.
The size and space of the apartments are second to none. Everything is so fancy and updated. I don't know if I could ever go back to a lower sink in my bathroom again. I love the extra height in the bathrooms.
The size of the garage is the most amazing part to me. It's huge
I'm going to stop gushing now but I highly recommend getting on the waitlist for these amazing apartments. They are the best and you will not be disappointed in moving here.
