We came to Kelly Reserves this past Saturday to tour the community and we were greeted by Samantha and made to feel extremely welcomed. She was positive about everything, answered a lot more of our questions and gave us her undivided attention.
It is truly a joy to experience such great customer service.
We did tour the entire community, the grounds are in perfect shape and we loved everything this community has to offer. The tour of the 1 bed 1 bath was enough to see the craftsmanship is above apartment grade. We can not thank Samantha enough, she is an asset to the community.
We can't wait until we can call Kelly Reserves our home. We have found the place we wish to spend our retirement.

Even though it is over a year away, Erika was extremely helpful and was very patient with the 1000 questions we threw at her. She was very professional, great community knowledge, and willing to help us in every possible way. It is rare to find this level of customer service in todays world. Erika made us feel welcomed and wanted, so much so that we immediately jumped on the waiting list. We are headed there this weekend to take a tour and we are looking forward to meeting Samantha. It is scary to venture into a new area but this community gives us peace that we have found our future home. Thanks Erika for all you do.

Apartments are very spacious and I really have enjoyed living here. Unfortunately I have to move. I would recommend Kelly Reserve to anyone that wants a nice quiet place to live.

The people and neighbors are great, the staff is super easy to work with, and if any maintenance issues arise, they are so quick to get it fixed I can’t think of a single bad thing to complain about.
