I moved from down the street and what I've found is that the apartment is much nicer for much cheaper, the layout makes sense, the staff have been wonderful, and there is a great assortment of amenities available.

Kelly Park is everything we could have wanted All our maintenance requests are fixed within a day or two. We have great appliances, high-quality finishes, and are overall extremely happy. We plan to stay a while

|Recommended: YesReally good apartments — The apartments are clean and well maintained. The staff in the leasing office is really nice and quick to help. Even the Maintenance staff is quick to address all issues and are really helpful. The overall quality of the apartments is really nice and the apartments are well built. Noise from neighbors or upstairs is really less. All in all a pretty awesome place to stay. No complaints.
