|Recommended: YesVery spacious, clean, quiet and always feel safe. — The apartments are amazing The space is incredible and the layout is perfect. It flows nicely and it provides privacy. I rarely hear any noise around me, above me or outside. The attached garage that leads directly into the apartment is amazing and much loved during winter months especially. The staff management are amazing. They are very helpful and always go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need and they address any concerns immediately. I love the fact that most renters here seem to be professionals as it creates the perfect environment for other professional that works long hours and needs the quiet setting for sleep anytime of the day or night due to shift changes. I will recommend Kelly Highlands every time I’m asked

|Recommended: YesAmazing Housing Opportunity — I would tell people to look nowhere else but at Kelly Highlands Apartments. The staff from Amy property manager to John in maintenance are amazing. They will treat you right every step of the way. Not only that, but the quality of the apartments are second to none. Nothing better than coming home to an apartment that requires very little if at all any maintenance and feeling like you are living in luxury,

|Recommended: YesKelly highlands — I loved living here- unfortunately, financial obligations were a priority and rent was too high to be living by myself in a 1 bed 1 bath. I love how bright it is, the vaulted ceilings, the carpet, and especially the kitchen It is a 10 10 place to live for sure.

|Recommended: YesAmazing complex, I love it — I love living here, the little touches add so much to the apartment. The gorgeous counter tops are just a plus, the maintenance staff is always quick to respond and the front office manager Amy, is wonderful to work with.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful, Luxurious Columbia Living — Living in Kelly Highlands has been a wonderful experience. You truly cannot find a nicer place to live in Columbia, MO that is also affordable. The bedrooms are extremely spacious with huge walk in closets. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Everything is white cream colored with grey marble counter tops throughout the whole apt. My bathroom is huge, with double sinks, a large mirror, and grey marble counter tops. The living room area is huge, with a nice balcony to hang out on. The property manager and staff have always been really nice to work with and helpful. The pool is beautiful and always relaxing to be at. The community at Kelly Highlands is anything from young adults, usually post-college, to families. It is an extremely quiet place to live at you cannot hear anything through the walls unless people have dogs, but they have many reasonable restrictions about pets. The only problem I have at Kelly Highlands is that there truly are not enough parking spaces, and sometimes I have to walk a ways to my apartment from my car. The shower is also pretty small, but it works. However, my overall experience has been wonderful and I will miss living in these beautiful apartments.

I thought the apartment was very nice but I was looking for a cheaper option in renting a place because I just needed a place to stay to come up and work and then I was going home on the weekends and on my days off.
