|Recommended: YesGreat customer service, very nice apartment. — I moved in this week, and had a lot of last minute changes that Hayley at the front office helped me with. She's been really helpful for keeping the moving process as easy as possible.
The apartment itself is really nice, I am in an O'shea room on the second floor. I really love the setup, and with just me and my dog it's pretty roomy. I especially love the balcony, all of my friends love the setup from the pictures I've posted. I was hesitant at first on doing the O'shea, but I'm really happy with it. I'm excited to get some outdoor furniture to put out there.

|Recommended: YesThe property is very well kept, clean and repaired. — This location is private and really don't hear any noise from other tenants. The staff is great to work with, kind and accommodating. I love my apartment. I did end up renting a garage because of limited parking spaces close to apartment.

If I wasn't moving from Columbia, I would continue living here The staff is all very friendly and the maintenance workers respond to problems very quickly. We have had no problems with bugs or pests since living here. It is very clean and quiet. This has been a wonderful place to live

|Recommended: YesI absolutely love where I live — I have never lived in a place as nice as Kelly Highlands. The buildings are beautiful, the staff is friendly, and I am genuinely excited to come home every evening because I love my apartment. They consider our safety, which is highly important to me. My building is very well lit at night and we all have the phone number of a security officer who lives on site. I also have had all of my maintenance requests even bringing me a NEW DRYER and hiring a team to clean our dryer vents when mine wasn't working well filled immediately. These places are definitely worth the price and I am excited to stay here throughout my time in grad school

|Recommended: YesExtremely clean, quiet, and friendly complex — Staff and maintenance is so helpful and nice, also they respond immediately to any questions or issues. The apartments themselves are very peaceful and quiet. Everyone is very friendly, and the apartment complex is always kept in very nice shape. By far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in.
