|Recommended: YesWe lived at Hunters' Ridge for 3.5 years and enjoyed most of our time. The maintenance staff is one of the main reasons we stayed so long. They are incredible at their jobs, always being respectful and providing information on how to prevent issues from occurring in the future. Areas of improvement noise and administrative staff communication. We struggled with noise issues our entire stay- hearing arguing, music, intimacy late into the night from shared bedroom walls. Similarly, there were 5 occasions where admin failed to communicate in a timely matter less than an hour that maintenance would be entering the apartment or that fire alarms were being tested. Each time staff said it was a server error causing their communications to be delayed. By the end, this felt more like an excuse rather than a valid explanation. Improvements need to be made with administrative staff and their communication approach with residents

The maintenance crew is super friendly and respond very quickly to requests. I would say for the quality of living they provide, this is a very reasonably priced, wonderful place to live.

|Recommended: YesNice Place, But Messy Entrances — I really enjoy living here, the apartments themselves are nice and comfortable. However, I do want to share some feedback in hopes it can be helpful. The cleanliness of the common areas, especially the stairways, entrances, and railings, could really use more attention. There’s often a lot of bird droppings on the stairs and handrails, floors, and walls, which makes the area feel neglected.
It’s a bit disappointing because the outside doesn’t reflect the quality of the apartments inside. It would make a big difference if the building’s exterior and shared spaces were cleaned more regularly. I hope this can be improved, as it would really enhance the overall experience of living here.
|Recommended: YesI’ve lived here since it opened in 2013. I love everything about Hunters’ Ridge from the excellent maintenance service to the beautiful landscaping. Our interactions with the management office staff are positive and they are definitely service- oriented. Can’t imagine living anywhere else

|Recommended: YesSatisfied — Overall satisfied on the move made in May. Parking is a huge issue I work a lot of evenings and coming home after 9PM many times have to park in other lots. Hard to believe all these cars are registered to guests. Also my unit is only one I have seen without Disability Parking and some units have two spaces dedicated. Finally had dead shrubs removed and hopefully will be replaced in Spring. Residents upstairs can be heard walking etc all hours I was surprised, also the ones next to me but it is tolerable, nothing major. Bird Residue is an issue. Staff has been outstanding and so has any Maintainance issues.
|Recommended: YesNew Resident — My experience so far has been amazing The staff are extremely helpful and easily accessible, and my unit is in great condition It is exactly what I wanted for a living space. The area location itself is quiet and all the essentials I need are not far at all.

|Recommended: YesA Happy Camper — When applying I asked for a place with trees, so I could observe nature. I was set up with a pine tree below my window where I see birds feasting and cleaning their beaks on the tree itself while also feeding their young in the spring summer. I open the window and am serenaded by House Finches all day. I even get to see the occasional rabbit taking shade under it. It is perfect and I thank the Property Staff for renting me this apartment. When the pool is open it is a wonderful place to be. It is beautiful with the hibiscus plants, clear blue water and covered patio with comfortable chairs. Every time I go swimming, I wonder at what resort I may be at today. I have even successfully used a grill. If you put in a maintenance request, be prepared for them to take care of it very quickly. The maintenance staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and treat me with respect. The parking spots are plentiful, but also tight. The washing machine does not have a gentle cycle which is surprising for a place of this class. Like all apartments building, you can occasionally hear neighbors and smell what they are cooking, but the two-bedroom apartment is spacious and well planned out. It is lovely and I am very glad I am here.
|Recommended: YesHunters Ridge Heaven — I have never met a friendlier maintenance property staff than what they have here at Hunters Ridge. The way they work diligently to make tenants happy is INCREDIBLE. The layout is stunning and is an absolute dream every time I pull into the complex. I love living here
