|Recommended: YesA clean, quiet, well maintained place to live — I have lived at Kelly’s ridge for about a year now and find the staff to be very helpful, the grounds clean, and everyone very friendly. My only complaint is when people move out they often leave their big furniture by the dumpster creating clutter and dumping boxes in the recycling without breaking them down. Other than that a great place to live

The office staff Rachel especially were SO helpful finding a unit that fit my needs and helping with move-in. Now that I've lived on the property for a while, I've met some of the incredible maintenance staff as well. The online portal for residents is helpful, the process for maintenance requests is simple and the staff quick to come by to solve problems. This complex is quiet, it's well maintained and the community is absolutely amazing. Kelly's Ridge is an excellent place to live

|Recommended: YesLove living here — The maintenance staff is quick to respond and resolve issues, communicating with the property staff is always easy and they are timely in responding, and it's a cozy, comfortable place to live Would recommend any young adult looking for a great place to live to come here. Affordable, safe, great location, and good amenities.
