|Recommended: YesKaty Place apartments is a great place to live. — I love that I have a police officer as my neighbor-I feel safe here. It's really quiet and the maintenance men are superior-very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I love it here.

|Recommended: YesGreat space in an awesome location — The apartments are spacious and well-kept, the overall property is really nice, and the location is incredibly central and handy to gas grocery entertainment outdoors having the MKT outside your backdoor is my absolute favorite . Price is a little higher than I'd prefer, but is fairly standard for the area and quality of place.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — It's a nice little community. Very dog-friendly, but the walls are thick enough to not constantly hear neighboring pets. Backs right up to the MKT. I've never had a single problem with staff, and maintenance requests are always filled in a timely and unintrusive manner. Very happy with it.
|Recommended: YesNice, quiet community with a beautiful view. — Katy Place is a nice little community that's close to everything...without being too close I have a wooded view, and it's absolutely beautiful. It's really close to the MKT trail, which allows me to ride my bike to work. It's a great place to live for grad students and professionals.
